It was Back Day, but I still wanted to knock out some cardio (total 6.34 miles). And I did. And I felt great. Did Seated Cable Rows after cardio because both stations were busy. Lots of youngsters at the gym. Including a stunning young Asian woman with her beefy boyfriend. He had her doing pull ups. She even managed two with a DB between her legs. The creepy PJ Pants was wearing camo sweats and didn't know where to stare. It's always amusing at my gym.
