Short But Sweet

The morning started refreshingly crisp (64F!) and bright sunny skies. Too bad it won't last as temps will reach into the high 80s by the end of the week. I got to the gym before 9 and proceeded with a slightly shorter cardio session, most of my standard core and stretch, and then a few sets of BB Tricep Extensions interspersed with Rip Skulls. 

I felt pretty good afterward although hands, wrists and elbows are always prone to overuse stresses. The dogs are bummed that there's no one at the Bark Park by the time we arrive after 11. But it's cool enough for them to run about and hunt for chipmunks, which they never actually catch.

The dogs desperately need baths so I'm thinking of skipping the gym tomorrow. After the park, one lucky canine gets to ride to a new adventure. The other one will stay home, no doubt extremely upset at being left behind. But there's no way I can handle both of them in a strange new place that might house other pups also being bathed.
