My Ob-Gyn could offer no explanation for it, even though I suspect it's just the effects of a drop in progesterone. Because right before my menses, I'd have a superhuman workout. That'd be par with an uptick in the hormone. Of course, I no longer have this hormonal roller coaster, slight as it might've been, so my best guess is that my body's having a reaction to the inexact amounts of estradiol cream that I've been administering topically. I'm going to be even more judicious in my use even though I'm barely using any. I'm a small person with sensitivities so caution is warranted.
It's rainy and cold and feels nothing like Cinco de Mayo. My right foot goes numb starting with the ball and spreading outward into all my toes. It's definitely the 30 minutes on the Cross-trainer that's causing this and no training shoe is going to fix it. Bummer.
