Too Busy To Post Thursday

Yep. I did work out, but had to cut the cardio a tad short because I had a doc appt. Spent most of my time stuck in traffic due to road work... towns are hurrying to make repairs before winter arrives. We're all scared silly of a repeat of last year's bitter cold and snow.

I did manage to complete all my reps for all my sets of push ups. Did a few RG BB Rows but am troubled by the last set where I felt an unusual sharp pinprick in the lower spine. My first thought was, "Is that a disc?" But everything else went smoothly. Had a great workout. The doc appt went okay... my right eye, the eye showing a loss of peripheral vision, still reads 20/20 and a pressure of 13 which had the doc very happy. The left eye is weaker (20/25 vision) and a pressure of 16. Not great but not bad. Come back in 10 weeks.

Then had to rush off to pick my son up from school, go to kung fu, then back for HW and a quick dinner while sorting through Cub Scout stuff... because I'm now the contact person in charge of the Blue & Gold banquet. Of course...
