Progression!

I'm just stubborn but that's not a secret. I insist on doing 5+ miles of cardio 3x a week. I insist on doing sets of push ups, pull ups and "deep knee bends" to make up for avoiding the iron. I think it might actually be working. I can do more push ups, adding 5 more reps to sets two and three! I can do more hammer grip pull ups! Inverted rows, crunches, pulse ups, meh, still the same. I cut back on Dive Bomber Push Ups and don't do a plank today. But in general I'm pleased. I'm still paying for this past weekend's overindulgences but my weight and BF are better than they've been most of the summer. Yep, still pleased.
