Quick and Simple

Super abbreviated workout today: just doing what I need to do because today is another school half-day. This week there's parent-teacher conferences so my son goes to school for all of 2.5 hours. Crazy. Meanwhile, today is cardio and abs. Because I can budget time for this. Later we're going to see the movie Home, with the voices of Jim Parsons (Big Bang Theory) and Rihanna.
