Abbreviated Workout

I had a disappointing pressure check this morning so I'm going to have to modify my workouts further. My IOPs measured 15-17, up from 13-15. It's not a good trend. My doc suggested lowering my pushups to 25 and stopping completely a month before my next recheck.

This means I'm not going to do RDLs anymore. And I'll have to keep my Seated Cable Rows low. I might consider keeping my reps lower too.
