The Cure is Simple...

Never listen to the little voices in your head. But definitely listen to your body.

Sciatic pain is intermittent. LifeCycle okay. Elliptical okay. Other things not quite okay, especially the Cage Stretches. Any sort of lunging movement is not going particularly well, as I feel it in the sole of my right foot. Weird, right? Even pull ups are a bit dicey, depending on how I position my legs. I usually cross one ankle over the other to keep my body fairly straight, but lately it's better if I curl up my legs a bit.

What's this new pain in my left front hip? Sartorial muscles spasm or nerve impingement? Ugh. I'm probably compensating somehow for my right side.

Still Got DOMS

I'll admit that I'm a bit surprised to still be experiencing DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) a day after a set of Walking Lunge...
