I get to the gym late and there's not a lot of people there. Spring Break in effect so kids will wander in later if they haven't gone down to Florida or Mexico, the traditional Spring Break havens for kids with free time and parental cash to burn. Even though I slept well, I feel tired and have trouble getting up to speed doing cardio. That means I didn't quite make it to that arbitrary point (2.8) but since it's arbitrarily set by me, it doesn't really mean anything except that I don't have the energy I should. I can't blame brain fog due to changing barometric pressures, or sleeplessness. I skip pull-ups because there's a vague twinge in the right shoulder. Maybe tomorrow?Instead, I decided to do the DB Shoulder routine, which of course, didn't really make my shoulder any happier. The twinge is most noticeable after the first dozen reps of DB Inclined Presses, and sometimes during DB Lateral Raises. Reverse Inclined Flys were absolutely fine and I'm able to add a few reps to each set at the heavier weight. I haven't decided whether I'm going to do a full cardio workout tomorrow, or some version of an abbreviated routine. I need to run a few errands, mostly to find a USB-C cord that I don't have to order from Amazon. In the old days (can you imagine!), I would've been able to run off to Kmart or maybe a phone store to pick one up. I distinctly remember seeing them at CVS and RiteAid, but no more. Grocery stores don't carry them either. I can check the Ocean State Job Lot but I don't think I'd trust anything I find at the Dollar Store next door. Which leaves me with having to drive to Marshalls, or Kohl's, or Home Depot. Ugh.
